Return/Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges and returns for the length of time as outlined in the SNP product warranty for Stic-N-Pic products only. Please log into your account and submit a request for a return/exchange to get the process going.
All trail cameras are warrantied with the manufacturer and must be handled through their warranty/return policy. For additional information or assitance, please contact us.

When will you send my exchange/when will I get credit for my return?
Please note that exchanges will not be sent out until we’ve received the item back from your original order. Additional charges for shipping the exchange will be charged to the credit card from the original purchase, as will any fees for additional items or more expensive items. Any credit due after an exchange will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
For returns, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the purchase for the amount you paid for the item.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We process returns and exchanges on an as needed basis, so depending on when we receive it, your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days. Additionally, most credit card companies take 2-3 business days to post a transaction, so it could take a week after receipt of your return before you see the refund on your credit card.
